1 Strategic Stakeholders Allocation

Allocation: 100 M AIHI

This allocation is reserved for key protocol participants who have contributed to the foundational development of the ecosystem. The release of these tokens is performance-based, tied to predefined milestones such as successful project execution or ecosystem growth.

To ensure fairness and sustainability, the tokens will be distributed in phases, with each phase initiated only when the corresponding contribution or result is achieved. All token releases are executed through smart contracts under multi-signature governance to maintain order, coordination, and long-term alignment.

2 Operational Reserve

Allocation: 99 M AIHI

This allocation is designated for long-term operational needs, including project-based compensation, strategic partnerships, and potential fundraising initiatives. All usage is governed by a strict value-exchange principle, ensuring that each token expenditure corresponds to fair value contribution.

The execution of this reserve follows a multi-level governance process:Token usage from the operational reserve is subject to internal approval procedures and executed according to predefined governance protocols, ensuring responsible and transparent allocation.

All token movements are conducted through designated multi-signature wallets, embedded in smart contracts. Once authorized, tokens are automatically transferred to target addresses (such as partner or vendor wallets) according to the approved plan.

This structure ensures accountability, transparency, and value integrity across all operational expenditures.Usage is governed by a “value exchange” principle, ensuring every expenditure corresponds to ecosystem value creation.

3 Early Strategic Support

Allocation: 20 M AIHI

This allocation is designated for early strategic contributors who provided essential support during the protocol’s formative stage. Their efforts laid the groundwork for subsequent ecosystem development and exchange listing readiness.

Given the strategic nature of their early contributions and the associated risk exposure, this portion is subject to vesting and staking arrangements, designed to maintain alignment with long-term protocol success.
